Welcome to Mosaic. By using our service, CLI, and registry, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing getmosaic.run or using the Mosaic CLI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Use License

Mosaic is an open-source project. The CLI and Registry code are licensed under the MIT License. However, the service provided at getmosaic.run is subject to these terms:

• You may not use the registry to host malicious code.
• You may not attempt to reverse engineer the registry infrastructure.
• You may not use the service to infringe on others’ intellectual property.

3. Package Content

Users are responsible for the packages they publish. Mosaic does not pre-screen all content but reserves the right to remove any package that violates these terms or is deemed harmful to the community.

4. Disclaimer

The service and software are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages or other liability.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
